Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to manage our local marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing programs that increase brand awareness, drive purchase intent, and support business objectives across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about delivering impactful campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive local marketing programs and in-store events that can be used across multiple markets. Manage content creation, printed materials, social media, email marketing, and promotional programs. Collaborate with team in creating marketing programs that align with brand standards. Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize based on insights. Develop and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners. Coordinate with operations on promotional programs, offers and local marketing initiatives. Strong understanding and experience with digital marketing: SEO/SEM, Social and Display media. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in retail/customer service industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, keyword research and content creation, POP/Print, email marketing, and social media platforms. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B or B2C marketing. Experience with franchise marketing and/or local marketing and programs Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and branding.
