A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.High-level responsibility for account retention and solicitation of major depository relationships of customers and prospects within an assigned market segment. Independently and with a high level of self-direction cross sells banking and cash management services. Major Responsibilities: 25%: Business Development – Generates a high level of new business in respective industry/industries through new customer acquisition and cross-selling bank products and services. Prepares highly complex proposals and proformas for new services sold to assigned customers and prospects. Conducts sophisticated analyses of pricing requests for assigned and prospective customers, prepares pricing models, and analyzes the effect of recommending pricing changes on overall account profitability. Significantly increases the Bank's share of customers' total relationship; monitors and appreciably enhances the profitability of all assigned relationships; with a high degree of effectiveness, cross-sells Bank products and services. 25%: Relationship Management – Maintains a complex portfolio of highly-significant customers and provides leadership in assuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 25%: Account Management – Organizes, directs and implements an effective written account retention program for each customer which best meets their needs. Develops significant professional relationships with assigned high-value customers and prospects which results in customers who feel connected and important to the Bank. Maintains a highly detailed and inclusive tracking system of all assigned customers. Monitors and updates customer profiles that are maintained in ESB. Takes a lead role in working with customers, cash management, and product management to create highly effective solutions designed to assure that customers receive superior systems specific to their industry. Provides team leadership to provide superior service to customers. Works closely with Assistant Relationship Manager and Commercial Customer Service Unit personnel to assure customers receive superior operational support. 25%: Compliance – Adheres to all bank policies relative to Regulatory Compliance such as the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, Anti-Money Laundering Act, Privacy Act and Regulations Q & X (RESPA), providing leadership by example to other team members. Certification that all related forms such as Customer Identification Program (CIP), Know Your Customers (KYC), Suspicious Activity Reports (SARS), Currency and Transaction Reporting (CTR), etc. are completed within assigned time periods. As departmental lead, ensures that full compliance with the Bank's Business Standards of Conduct and all Patriot Act, CIP, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, and other regulatory and compliance policies and procedures is performed. Actively participates in any required corporate and business line Compliance Training. Follows account opening procedures and understands and follows internal suspicious activity referral requirements and processes, as required for this position. Actively works with customers to understand each customer's normal account activity, as appropriate for this position.Requires a degree from a four-year college (e.g., B.A., B.S.). Minimum of five to ten years of sales and relationship management experience. Extensive working knowledge of: marketing and sales techniques of the Bank's products and their benefit to customers; Bank lending policies and practices; Bank operations and services; federal and state banking regulations; Bank income and cost structure at the account level. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) accreditation required. Excellent knowledge of cash management products and services. Must have excellent knowledge of Bank's AAA and Deposit Profitability system. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to sell bank services and a talent in working with customers and bank personnel in resolving operational problems and giving presentations. Excellent PC skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, ESB, Proposal Library and other PC applications.
