Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Principal Business Analyst, located in Seattle, WA, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Principal Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting detailed business analysis to identify requirements and opportunities for process improvement. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to develop solutions, providing strategic recommendations, and ensuring successful project execution. The role also involves identifying trends and presenting insights that guide decision‑making.
Qualifications
Excellent analytical skills to evaluate data, draw insights, and identify opportunities for process improvement
Proficiency in business analysis and business requirements gathering to create comprehensive and effective documentation
Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams, present insights, and convey complex information clearly
Knowledge of business processes to evaluate, map, and recommend improvements to existing workflows
Experience with stakeholder management and facilitating efficient cross‑functional collaboration
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Proven experience in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks is a plus
Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment with periodic on‑site work in Seattle, WA
Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex projects effectively
