
Sr. Director Marketing (Remote)

We are currently looking for a Senior Director Marketing - REMOTE. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing marketing strategies for innovative oncology products targeting RAS‑addicted cancers. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensuring the delivery of essential marketing activities and the preparation for product launches. Your expertise will guide the marketing team in understanding customer insights and the competitive landscape, aiming for impactful promotional initiatives. This position allows you to lead efforts that directly contribute to improving patient outcomes and advancing cancer care.
Accountabilities
Partner to shape the strategic marketing plan and oversee launch readiness initiatives. Lead the development and implementation of the therapeutic focused promotional platform. Prioritize and implement promotional and disease education tactics. Manage relationships with partner agencies and vendors. Establish the organization as a trusted member of the healthcare community. Develop the Customer Marketing Team to optimize promotional approaches. Quickly understand complex markets and relevant market dynamics. Establish strong relationships with medical affairs and sales teams. Participate in cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing messaging. Ensure strategic and tactical plans meet compliance and regulatory guidelines. Deliver marketing operating expenses within budget. Travel as needed and perform other assigned duties. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred) with 12+ years of commercial experience in biotechnology/pharmaceuticals. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong leadership and ability to influence across organizations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
