Senior Manager, Investor Relations

Traveltechessentialist, Boston, MA, United States

Navan is looking for a strategic, high-energy Senior Manager of Investor Relations to serve as the right hand to the Vice President of IR. This is a critical role within the IR team, designed for a candidate who excels at high-level execution with the opportunity for growth longer term. Your focus will be on building the infrastructure, refining the narrative, and ensuring the IR engine runs flawlessly. As you master the Navan business model and the public market landscape, you will have the opportunity to take on increased autonomy over time. What You’ll Do

Partner with the VP of IR and CFO to draft earnings scripts, press releases, and investor presentations, helping ensure our narrative is consistent and compelling. Build quarterly earnings Q&A prep materials for executive leadership, ensuring they are equipped for every possible question from the Street. Own the logistics and content preparation for non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, and site visits. Monitor sell-side research, peer earnings, and market sentiment, synthesizing this data into concise briefings for the C‑suite. Maintain the internal consensus model and track valuation trends across our peer group to ensure we stay ahead of the constantly evolving environment. Identify and pilot AI tools to automate routine IR tasks—such as transcript analysis and shareholder targeting—to keep the team lean and efficient. Cross‑Functional Partnership

Act as a bridge between IR and the Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure all public-facing data is accurate and compliant with SEC regulations. Manage and optimize our IR tech stack (CRM, IR website, and targeting databases) to ensure we are data-driven in our outreach. What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field. 8+ years in finance, with a strong background in IR, Investment Banking, or Equity Research. A proactive self-starter who doesn't mind the “nitty‑gritty”—from updating a spreadsheet to drafting a high-level board deck. Business acumen and maturity to grow within the function over time. Strong command of financial statements and the ability to partner closely with our FP&A team. Exceptional writing skills and the poise to interact confidently with senior executives and external analysts. Pay Range

$133,875 — $297,700 USD Navan offers a comprehensive benefits program designed to support your well‑being, financial security, and life outside of work. The benefits include healthcare coverage, insurance offerings, wellness resources, retirement savings programs, equity plans, flexible time off, country-specific holidays, paid parental leave, commuting support, mental health resources, and travel-related perks.
