Our operation entails a robust lead selection and generation process, with a focus on in-house, high-quality leads. We support our aggressive sales strategy with scalable processes tailored for rapid growth. About Us As a Sales Agent for FutureProof Insurance, you will work to support the Director of Operations in growing FutureProof’s book of business. You will:
Engage in direct sales with customers, selling commercial and personal lines coverage using high-quality leads provided by FutureProof.
Optimize sales growth through strategic thinking and a creative, growth-driven mindset.
Obtain/maintain the required state insurance licenses for FutureProof’s target markets.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Work with the Sales and Ops teams to optimize sales strategy across the organization.
Role Requirements
Valid Property and Casualty licenses in 5 or more states, including Florida.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property and Casualty insurance sales.
Demonstrated experience in the sale of Condo policies.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Compensation : $45,000/yr. - $60,000/yr. depending on experience & license status.

Commission Structure (paid over and above the Base Compensation):
3%-4% of written premium (for written premium commissions), plus 2.5% to 3.5% of Earned Premium (for earned premium commissions).
