Launch Strategy: Own and execute the go-to-market plan, including annual business strategy and growth targets Brand Positioning: Define and implement brand strategy and differentiation in a competitive landscape Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to drive adoption and accelerate market penetration Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with sales, market access, training, and commercial teams Performance & Growth: Drive customer acquisition and demand generation across both HCP and patient audiences Budget Ownership: Manage marketing investment to maximise ROI and commercial impact What we’re looking for

Must-have experience

~10+ years in marketing or product management within medical devices or healthcare Proven success delivering high-impact product launches and growth strategies Strong understanding of the German healthcare system (essential) Experience in brand marketing and commercial strategy Fluent in German and English Nice-to-have

Experience in chronic disease management, digital health, or connected devices Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Experience working in matrixed, international environments Ability to balance short-term performance with long-term strategy What’s in it for you
