Identity is seeking a
Social Media Manager
to lead the development and execution of strategic, integrated social media programs and campaigns across a dynamic portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for a digitally fluent marketer with a strong understanding of platform dynamics, cultural trends, and audience engagement—who thrives on turning brand strategy into impactful, community-driven content.
You’ll serve as a key client contact, owning social strategy, content execution, and performance optimization—while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration across broader communications programs.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the development and execution of social media strategies and campaigns aligned with client objectives and integrated marketing programs—driving brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across platforms.
Serve as the primary executor and day‑to‑day point of contact for social media initiatives across a portfolio of client accounts—ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality content and measurable results.
Create and curate engaging, platform‑specific content across social channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube—spanning written, visual, and video formats.
Monitor, manage, and respond to social media interactions, including comments, messages, and inquiries—maintaining brand voice and fostering positive community engagement.
Analyze performance data and campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize content, strategy, and overall social performance.
Stay ahead of cultural, conversational, and platform trends—bringing forward innovative ideas and opportunities to enhance client programs and keep brands relevant.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including creative, PR, and strategy—to ensure alignment and integration across all client‑facing initiatives.
Support event coverage and real‑time content capture as needed, bringing brand moments to life across social platforms.
Occasional night/weekend availability and travel may be required based on client service and business needs.

What You’ll Bring:
4+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field (agency experience strongly regarded).
Strong knowledge of and hands‑on experience across major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
Experience with social media management, analytics, and advertising tools such as Sprout Social, NetBase, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt tone and voice across brands and platforms.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate insights, trends, and data into actionable recommendations.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously—prioritizing effectively, delegating thoughtfully, and consistently delivering on deadline.
