We are seeking a high-impact, hunter-focused Vice President – Sales to drive aggressive growth within the pharmaceutical vertical. This is a pure new business acquisition role, responsible for winning new logos and expanding our footprint across pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences organizations in the US. The ideal candidate is a proven rainmaker with deep experience in selling IT services, digital transformation, and data-driven solutions to pharma clients, with a strong ability to open doors and close large, complex deals. Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end new business acquisition with a clear focus on hunting net-new pharma or life sciences clients Build and scale a strong pipeline from scratch through proactive outreach, industry connects, and market mapping Consistently exceed revenue targets through closure of high-value, strategic deals Identify and penetrate target accounts across pharma, biotech, and life sciences companies Develop entry strategies for greenfield accounts and create opportunities within large enterprises Leverage existing network and industry relationships to accelerate deal creation Engage with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Chief Digital Officer, Heads of R&D, Commercial, and IT) Position solutions across: Data & AI / Advanced Analytics (clinical, commercial, real-world evidence) Digital Transformation & Cloud Regulatory, Quality, and Compliance solutions Lead value-based, outcome-driven conversations aligned to pharma business priorities Deal Creation & Closure

Structure and close large, multi-year, multi-million-dollar deals Internal Collaboration

Work closely with pre-sales, domain experts, and delivery teams to craft differentiated, industry-relevant solutions Ensure strong alignment between client needs and organizational capabilities Stay ahead of pharma industry trends, digital adoption, and regulatory changes Provide market insights to refine go-to-market strategy and strengthen competitive positioning Required Qualifications

12-15+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT services or products / digital / technology consulting Strong track record as a hunter – acquiring new logos in pharma / life sciences Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch and close large deals Experience selling into the US pharma / biotech market (mandatory) Strong understanding of: Clinical, regulatory, and commercial pharma processes Digital and data transformation in life sciences Excellent CXO engagement and consultative selling skills Consistent quota overachievement and revenue ownership experience Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling AI/analytics, clinical data platforms, or digital R&D solutions Strong network within US pharma and biotech companies Background in global IT services or life sciences-focused tech firms What We Offer
