Role Description This is a part-time role for a Videographer Editor, primarily based in Plainview, NY, with hybrid work options allowing for some remote flexibility. The Videographer Editor will be responsible for planning and executing videography projects, capturing high-quality footage, editing video content, and ensuring alignment with branding and communication goals. Additional tasks include collaborating with the creative team, managing digital assets, and adhering to project deadlines.
Qualifications
Proficiency in videography, including camera operation, lighting, and sound design
Strong video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Express, or similar tools
Experience in video storytelling, motion graphics, and visual effects
Ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects from start to finish
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with social media platforms and creating video content for digital audiences - specifically for Instagram Reels and TikTok
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Previous experience in marketing or promotional video production is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or related field preferred. Also open to candidates currently in school working towards a related degree.
