Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser, based in the New York City Metropolitan Area with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The appraiser will conduct property inspections, perform in-depth market research, evaluate commercial property data, and prepare detailed appraisal reports. The role involves analyzing complex real estate transactions and market trends to provide accurate valuations that meet client and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with internal teams and timely delivery of high-quality reports will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Real Estate Appraisal and experience with Commercial Real Estate transactions

Strong skills in Appraising and property Valuation methodologies

Comprehensive understanding of Appraisal techniques and standards

Exceptional analytical, communication, and reporting skills

Proficient in relevant software tools and industry platforms

Certified General Appraiser License (preferred) or ability to obtain certification

Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
