They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate Community & Content Specialist to join their innovative digital public affairs team. This is an excellent entry-level contract opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional (0-5 years experience) to gain hands‑on experience in digital communications, community management, and content creation within the fast‑paced energy sector. You will play a key role in supporting digital initiatives that engage online audiences and community stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Support digital initiatives for major infrastructure projects through digital listening, community management, social media publishing, and content production. Utilize project management tools to drive organization, cross‑functional collaboration, and task tracking. Monitor digital trends and craft compelling messages to engage online audiences. Assist in managing online communities and stakeholder interactions. Contribute to the creation and scheduling of strategic social media content. Work collaboratively within a fast‑paced, results‑oriented team environment. Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field. 0-5 years of relevant professional experience (internships and academic projects count!). Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and their best practices. Basic understanding of or keen interest in digital trends and online community dynamics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
