They are building a modern homecare brand that feels indulgent, expressive, and display worthy.
They have built strong early traction across DTC, TikTok Shop, and Amazon, and we are entering our next phase of disciplined growth.
As they scale their brand, they're looking for a Social & Content Lead to own their organic social presence end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creative direction, and hands-on content creation.
You’ll shape how the brand shows up across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube by developing content that builds culture, grows our audience, and fuels our marketing engine.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who is both strategic and scrappy, someone who can develop a big idea and then pick up their phone and bring the idea to our community.
What You’ll Do Own Social Strategy
Develop and execute the organic social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube alongside VP of Ecommerce
Build, manage, and execute the social content calendar
Identify opportunities for content experimentation, including new formats, trends, and series
Partner with growth team on affiliate / influencer management including building relationships, maintaining regular communications and managing sample requests
Turn social into a top-of-funnel growth engine for the brand
Drive Content Creation For Organic
Shoot and edit content quickly using phone-first production
Produce a consistent stream of native, authentic social content
Develop repeatable content formats that audiences recognize and engage with
Create and appear in short‑form video content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts (content team will also be making video content, but mostly for “Paid” channels)
Shape the Brand Voice on Social
Partner directly with the founder/CEO to translate brand vision into social storytelling
Define and evolve their social voice and creative language
Ensure social content and aesthetic reflects the brand’s design‑forward, sensory, and playful personality
Build a recognizable and distinctive brand presence across platforms
Drive Growth Through Social
Work closely with the paid creative team to identify organic content that can scale into ads
Use tools like ManyChat and comment automation to drive engagement and conversions
Analyze performance metrics and refine content strategy accordingly
Turn social insights into actionable learnings for the full marketing funnel
Build an Engaged Community
Develop community‑first communication channels with members (e.g., Instagram broadcast channels, Substack)
Engage directly with the target audience through comments, DMs, and community touchpoints to foster a loyal and interactive following
Attend in‑person pop‑ups and events as a brand representative, capturing content and connecting with customers in real life
Design and produce collateral to support brand moments (e.g., postcards, flyers, event announcements)
