Company Overview MobiLoud helps established ecommerce brands turn their existing websites into iOS and Android apps - without rebuilding their product or managing two separate systems. We work with companies that have real traffic, real customers, and a genuine need for a direct mobile channel they actually own. Our customers use MobiLoud to improve retention, drive repeat purchases, and cut their dependence on paid acquisition and third-party platforms.

We're a bootstrapped, profitable, remote-first SaaS company founded in 2013. Our team is 15 people, all remote, all hands-on, all trusted to work independently.

The Role You’ll own the entire sales motion at MobiLoud - from finding the right ecommerce brands to getting them live with a mobile app. You source, qualify, demo, and close. This is an outbound-first role. There is some inbound, but the majority of your pipeline will come from your own prospecting.

You’ll speak with marketing leaders, heads of ecommerce, and founders at established mid-market retailers. Your job is to run focused, consultative sales conversations: understand the customer's goals, explain how MobiLoud works in practical terms, handle objections, and guide qualified prospects toward a decision.

You’ll get full product training, access to call recordings, and direct support from the founder as you get started. You’ll work closely with the founder and collaborate daily with our ops and customer success team.

What You’ll Do

Identify and prospect ecommerce brands that are a good fit - mid-market merchants doing meaningful revenue who haven't yet launched a mobile app

Run outbound outreach (cold email, LinkedIn, calls) to connect with ecommerce directors, heads of growth, and digital leads

Handle inbound demo requests and qualify them quickly

Run discovery and demo calls that connect the prospect's specific retention and LTV challenges to what MobiLoud delivers

Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close

Send proposals and keep deals moving with clear next steps

Hand off closed deals to onboarding with expectations set correctly

Keep CRM updated and collaborate on refining sales strategy, messaging, and outbound approaches based on what you're seeing in the market

Who You’re Selling To Mid-market ecommerce brands - typically $5M-$100M+ GMV - on platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce, who want to launch a native mobile app without a custom dev rebuild.

The pain is real and well-defined: they're leaving money on the table from mobile web users who don't return. Your job is to show them the ROI is there (20%+ revenue through the app channel, 3-7x higher LTV from app users) and that MobiLoud removes the typical blockers - cost, dev time, and ongoing maintenance.

Who You Are

Experienced in SaaS, ecommerce technology, or technical product sales

Comfortable building your own pipeline and selling to marketing leaders, ecommerce directors, and founders at mid-market retailers

Familiar with how established brands think about retention, mobile, and owned channels

Able to run live demos and discovery calls with clarity and control

Drawn to consultative selling over hard pitching

Fluent in spoken and written English

Based in the US, Canada, or Latin America with comfortable overlap with US Eastern Time

Compensation Base: USD 4,500/month ($54K/year)

Commission: 10% of ACV (annual contract value) on every closed deal, no cap.

Monthly earnings at typical volumes:

Normal month (5 deals): about $10,000-12,000/month ($120-145K annualized)

Strong month (8 deals): about $17,000/month ($205K annualized)

Ramp month (3 deals): about $8,200/month ($99K annualized)

Independent contractor basis. You invoice monthly and handle your own tax obligations. Based in the US, Canada, or Latin America. We pay in USD.

What Success Looks Like

Closing 5-8 deals per month after a supported ramp period

Building a self-sustaining outbound pipeline alongside inbound

Customers onboarded with clear expectations
