
Former Military Medic | Sales Director Europe Military & Disaster Preparedness

We are looking for a former military medic turned sales leader to drive growth across NATO and disaster preparedness markets in Europe.
About the Role In this strategic role, you will lead and expand our presence across NATO military and disaster preparedness organizations, working closely with distributors and key stakeholders across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage distributor networks across Europe
Build and execute sales strategies for NATO and disaster preparedness markets
Develop deep expertise in product positioning, competitive landscape, and clinical use cases
Own forecasting, planning, and performance tracking
Identify distributor needs and challenges, and drive effective solutions
Build strong relationships with military and government stakeholders
Drive distributor engagement, loyalty, and long-term partnerships
Act as the voice of the customer internally
Work cross-functionally with product, R&D, regulatory, and operations teams
Requirements
Former military medic / paramedic in a European NATO military (minimum 10 years of service)
Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience in medical devices, military, or EMS markets
Graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Life Sciences
Strong understanding of NATO or defense procurement environments
Proven ability to lead commercial activities and manage distributor networks
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Results-driven with a high level of ownership and accountability
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a strong advantage)
