Associate, Go-to-Market Strategy - Product Marketing & Sales Enablement

As a key member of the Embedded Finance Strategy team within J.P. Morgan Payments, you will help shape & execute the go-to-market strategy collaborating across product, sales, and marketing to deliver business outcomes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a commercial mindset.

You will bridge the gap between complex products and the market by creating positioning, messaging, and sales tools that resonate. You’ll combine product-level understanding with marketing strategy to drive product adoption and enable sales teams.

You will be part of one of the most innovative areas of the bank, with direct access to client feedback and the opportunity to rapidly expand your expertise in payments, technology, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute GTM strategies for Embedded Finance products, identifying high-potential client segments, building business cases, and influencing product roadmaps.

Research and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and client insights to inform product enhancements and commercial strategy.

Drive the messaging and positioning for new feature launches, translating complex concepts into commercially impactful stories for diverse audiences.

Deliver executive-level presentations, using data to frame challenges, opportunities, and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Champion a culture of learning, ownership mindset, and collaboration.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product Marketing and/or GTM Strategy for innovative software products

Past experience at a FinTech / SaaS / Technology company

Ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Thrives in a fast-paced environment; adapts quickly, works collaboratively, takes initiative, and manages multiple priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
