Our client is looking for a Civil Engineering Director to lead the planning, design, and execution of land development projects across a variety of sectors. This is a leadership opportunity for a highly experienced engineer who enjoys mentoring teams, driving project delivery, and building strong client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee projects from concept through construction
Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards
Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact
Mentor and supervise engineers and EITs
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Oversee construction documents and support construction administration
What You Need
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering
PE license (required)
20+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on land development
5+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D (Revit is a plus)
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
