About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Events Marketing Professional to join our CBRE Investment Management Marketing team. In this role, you will design, manage, and execute a diverse portfolio of events and integrated experiential marketing programs. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional event experiences that align with our organizational goals, drive attendee engagement, generate leads, and contribute to revenue growth. The events will span a range of activities, including, but not limited to, those related to our real estate investment business lines (Investment Management and Trammel Crow Company). This role requires a minimum of three days per week at our New York City Headquarters.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement event plans with clear goals and metrics.

Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budget control, and on-site execution, ensuring events run smoothly and efficiently.

Design and deliver creative and well-executed events that align with our brand identity and messaging.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, investment teams, and other teams to ensure cohesive and integrated event experiences.

Clearly communicate event plans, progress updates, and results to all relevant stakeholders.

Track event success and report on ROI; analyze event data to improve future events.

What You'll Need

Collaborative partner. Adept at building internal relationships with stakeholders, providing routine updates on events planning and developing.

Solid organizational, project management and multi‑tasking skills that helps accomplish both the tactical and strategic elements of event planning.

Technical proficiency. Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Event management systems, such as Bizzabo, is a plus.

Experienced professional. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6‑7 years of related experience. Knowledge of investment management is a plus but is not required.

Minimum of 3 days in New York Headquarters is required.

Compensation & Benefits CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Events Manager position is $115,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Events Manager position is $130,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
