Job Description The Senior Marketing Associate will collaborate with the marketing team, onsite teams, and regional leadership to create customized tactical marketing strategies that align with community and portfolio goals.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary marketing contact for onsite and operations teams for an assigned portfolio of sites.

Provide ongoing marketing support to community teams, business leaders, and clients on a dedicated portfolio of assets, developing tactical campaigns that promote each community’s brand and achieve its business goals.

Assist onsite teams with establishing and implementing social media strategy, email marketing, advertising websites, content, and overall customer experience.

Analyze reports and present marketing performance data to internal and external clients by gathering and researching business intelligence data, partnering with revenue management, and proactively monitoring asset status to set short‑ and long‑range plans.

Communicate via webinars, live presentations, social media tools, website content, training manuals, and participation in major internal and external events to enhance engagement and satisfaction of clients.

Recommend preferred design agencies, consult on creative scope of work, distribute requests for proposals, and project‑manage branding initiatives to ensure high quality and timely completion of deliverables.

Manage and organize the storage of all marketing assets and maintain digital assets.

Meet with advertising and marketing partners regularly, review proposed service contracts, recommend creative providers, monitor and manage advertising suppliers, and fine‑tune services or budgets to achieve optimal results that support asset performance goals.

Manage onboarding and offboarding of communities within the assigned portfolio.

Support and collaborate on new business development regionally.

Contribute to marketing budget recommendations at each individual asset and monitor spend to align with ROI benchmarks.

Provide technical guidance and support to onsite and corporate teams, troubleshooting challenges discovered as onsite teams audit digital ad channels for accuracy.

Collaborate with national, innovation, and in‑house creative teams to implement national initiatives and marketing technology at the site level.

Requirements

4–5 years of property management experience.

2–3 years of marketing experience.

Schedule: Monday – Friday.

Salary & Compensation The salary range for this position is $80,000 – $85,000 (Newport Beach, CA).

Additional Compensation

Corporate positions: eligible to participate in quarterly or annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance.

Onsite property positions: eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
