Role Overview
Onsite · San Francisco · Full-time We are looking for a
data-driven, results-oriented SEO specialist
to own end-to-end traffic analysis and growth execution. You will work across SEO and next-generation AI search (GEO), collaborating closely with product, content, and client teams to help brands acquire sustainable, high-quality traffic from both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery channels. This role is ideal for someone with strong
agency experience , deep analytical skills, and a high bar for execution and content quality. Responsibilities
Own
SEO / GEO traffic analysis and growth strategy , from diagnosis to execution and iteration Analyze performance using
GA4, Google Search Console, Google Trends, Semrush, Ahrefs , and other SEO tools Conduct
traffic attribution analysis
across channels, pages, keywords, and content layers to identify growth opportunities Design and execute
Programmatic SEO (pSEO)
strategies, including page templates, scalable keyword coverage, and content structures Work closely with content teams to ensure
high content quality , search relevance, authority, and long-term value Lead or support
client-facing SEO / GEO projects , clearly communicating insights, strategies, and results Translate hands-on experience into
repeatable frameworks, processes, or productized capabilities Continuously monitor changes in search and AI-driven discovery ecosystems and adjust strategies accordingly Requirements
3 years of hands-on
SEO experience , with
SEO / GEO agency (client-service) background strongly preferred Strong proficiency with
GA4, GSC, Google Trends, Semrush, Ahrefs Solid understanding of
traffic growth strategies, pSEO execution, and content-driven SEO Deep experience in
traffic analysis, attribution, and performance measurement , beyond surface-level metrics Strong
client communication skills
— able to explain complex analyses and strategies clearly and confidently Experience with
SEO tools or growth/analytics products
(as a power user or contributor) is a plus Highly self-motivated, execution-focused, and comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Working Style & Team Fit

evening meetings to collaborate with China-based teams
(cross-time-zone communication) Able to thrive in a
high-efficiency startup environment
