Be a strategic driver of product vision, assortment planning and product lifecycle management. You will define and execute product strategies that align with evolving consumer needs, channel dynamics, and competitive market trajectories. You will translate data into strategy to build optimized product assortments that consistently achieve revenue, margin, SKU and inventory productivity, and market share goals across the DTC, Amazon, wholesale and global partner channels.

This role requires a forward-thinking leader who balances analytical rigor with creative problem solving, and who partners cross‑functionally to drive category performance, compelling product stories, and differentiated product and brand positioning with a deep focus on both the consumer and business.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Build and maintain a long‑term product roadmap that integrates innovation, lifecycle management, and commercial priorities.

Lead the seasonal product line planning process, driving strategic decisions around introductions, expansions, rationalizations, and exits. Create thoughtful product roadmaps, introduction pacing, and SKU strategies grounded in category performance, trend direction, and consumer insight.

Leveraging consumer insights, sell-through, sell‑in, consolidated margin, and other financial data, translate business objectives into clear product strategies that maximize revenue, profit, and inventory efficiency.

Establish channel‑specific product assortments that optimize product performance within each channel and tier.

Develop a deep understanding of channel trajectories (D2C, wholesale, off‑price, international), competitive activity, and macro trends to influence go‑to‑market plans and product executions.

Serve as the connective tissue across product, planning, marketing and sales teams to ensure priorities, timelines, and decisions are aligned and achieved.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, business, or related field or equivalent professional experience.

8+ years of progressive experience in apparel product management, merchandising strategy, and cross‑functional leadership.

Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable product strategies.

Deep understanding of apparel market dynamics, consumer trends, and channel behavior.

Excellent cross‑functional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.

Experience driving innovation and leading product launches from concept through commercialization.

Experience in merchandising in a multi‑channel marketplace.
