About the Role We’re looking for a high-energy

GTM Strategy & AI Operations Intern

to join our Sales Strategy team this summer. This is not a “shadow and observe” internship, you’ll work on real strategic initiatives that improve how we sell, position, and scale.

You’ll help modernize our GTM motion using data, structured thinking, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to make work faster, smarter, and more repeatable.

What You’ll Do (Example Projects) GTM Strategy & Market Insights

Conduct market and competitive analysis (ICP, segmentation, positioning, messaging).

Synthesize insights into clear recommendations for Sales leadership.

Support strategic GTM initiatives that improve focus and efficiency.

AI-Powered GTM Optimization

Design and test AI workflows that improve sales productivity (e.g., discovery prep, competitive battlecards, pitch personalization).

Create a lightweight “AI Playbook” documenting prompts, workflows, and use cases.

Identify measurable efficiency or quality improvements.

Sales & Presales Exposure

Shadow sellers and Solutions Consultants to understand the full sales motion.

Help refine a product pitch or demo narrative.

Deliver a final capstone presentation to GTM leadership.

What We’re Looking For

Self-starter who enjoys solving ambiguous problems

Strong communicator (clear decks, concise writing, confident presentation)

Analytical thinker comfortable working with data in Excel/Sheets

Curious about AI and excited to build hands‑on experience applying it to business problems

Collaborative and comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance

Basic Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

Rising junior or senior preferred (exceptional sophomores considered)

Available full-time for 10 weeks

Must be actively enrolled in a university prior to and post internship completion

Demonstrated analytical ability through coursework, projects, or prior internships

Nice to Have

Exposure to CRM or analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, SQL)

Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for structured work

Prior internship, case competition, startup, or leadership experience

What You’ll Gain You’ll gain hands‑on experience in modern GTM strategy at a global SaaS company, with real ownership over work that impacts how we sell and scale. Throughout the program, you’ll build practical AI‑native operating skills, sharpen your analytical and executive communication abilities, and gain exposure to Sales and Presales teams. You’ll present your work to GTM leadership, receive mentorship along the way, and leave with tangible experience applying strategy, data, and AI to real business challenges.

The US hourly base rate range for this position is $31.25–$61.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration – while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in‑office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
