Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales and Marketing Intern position based in Chicago, IL. The intern will assist the sales and marketing teams with client outreach, lead generation, and executing marketing campaigns. Daily responsibilities include supporting customer service initiatives, maintaining communication with existing clients, contributing to sales strategies, and assisting in the coordination and delivery of marketing materials. The intern will also have opportunities to participate in corporate events and collaborate with team members to enhance customer experiences and achieve company-wide goals.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships
Knowledge of Sales and Sales Management principles, including lead generation and client management
Keen attention to detail and strong drive to succeed
Excellent organizational skills and ability to take initiative without being prompted
Proficiency in digital tools and basic marketing software is a plus
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a team-oriented environment
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
