Full-Time | $100K – $145K
Overview A highly respected, top-tier law firm is seeking an experienced
Real Estate Paralegal
to support its Commercial Real Estate practice. This is a key hire supporting complex transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment and has strong experience with
title & survey work and transaction coordination .
What You’ll Be Doing
Support
commercial real estate transactions
from start to finish
Coordinate and manage
due diligence
(collecting, organizing, tracking materials)
Review and summarize
title commitments, exceptions, and survey matters
Work closely with
title companies, surveyors, lenders, and clients
to resolve issues
Manage
transaction timelines, checklists, and closing deliverables
Assist with
closing coordination , including signature pages and execution documents
Prepare and organize
loan documents, leases, and ancillary closing materials
Conduct
UCC searches and filings , and coordinate recordings
Handle
post-closing activities
including binders and document distribution
Billable Hours Expectation This role includes a
1600 annual billable hour requirement , which consists of client-facing work such as:
Closing coordination
Client and third-party communication
What the Team Is Looking For
4–7 years of Real Estate Paralegal experience
Strong title & survey experience
( non-negotiable priority )
Experience with
commercial real estate transactions
(closings, due diligence, deal flow)
Ability to
manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Comfortable working in a
billable hour environment
Credentials One of the following is required:
ABA Paralegal Certificate
OR
JD
Note: This role is intended for candidates committed to a long-term paralegal career path.
Preferred Background
Prior
law firm experience
(especially in a billable environment)
Strong candidates from industry (e.g., title companies, in-house real estate) may also be considered
Experience handling
deal flow independently (not just administrative support)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Hybrid schedule:
3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Collaborative, fast-paced legal team
Overtime may be required based on deal activity

hands-on title & survey experience
and has supported or driven
commercial real estate transactions - -
ideally within a law firm, but strong industry candidates will also be considered.
