Role: Data Entry Clerk (Contract) – Self‑Checkout Global Keyboard Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid/Onsite as required) Duration: Contract Role Overview: 7‑Eleven / Speedway is seeking a contract data entry clerk to support Assisted Self‑Checkout (ASCO) initiatives by accurately configuring new items within the Global Keyboard. This role is execution‑focused and supports ongoing pilots, rollouts, and operational enhancements across our store network. Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain SCO items within the Global Keyboard based on approved requirements Configure item attributes, including descriptions, categories, images, pricing rules, and ASCO eligibility Validate data accuracy and completeness prior to testing and production deployment Follow established configuration standards and documentation requirements Support testing cycles by verifying item behavior in test environments Resolve data issues and rework items as needed Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1–2 years of data entry or system configuration experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working in structured systems and spreadsheets Task‑based delivery with clear SLAs Ability to ramp quickly and follow defined procedures
