Pay Details
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55K–$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85K+.
Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (example 11 am‑8 pm CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided; you must maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload).
Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Excellent communication skills with prospects and customers.
Strong analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty license required after hire.
