Job Overview
Join Our Team as an Account Representative at Epiroc! The focus of this role is to grow market share and customer share within an assigned territory for Epiroc’s aftermarket products, through creating and executing Customer and Territory Management strategies that align with Epiroc’s Go-To-Market Strategy. Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual and organizational needs and motivations link to goals is essential. Initiative, a competitive drive for sales, and the ability to understand and quickly react to changing organizational environments are critical keys to success.
Work Environment: The role includes regular exposure to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds, frequently 50 pounds, and occasionally exceeds 100 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Personal Protection Equipment may be required. The position is considered Safety Sensitive.

Responsibilities
Achieve market share, profitability, and revenue growth targets in an assigned territory
Align customers’ goals and objectives with Epiroc’s products and services by earning “trusted advisor” status with key customer contacts and teams
Support the ongoing refinement and execution of Epiroc USA’s Go-To-Market strategy by aligning and collaborating with business line managers, product and application specialists and other salespersons and leaders within Epiroc
Apply sales best practices in your assigned territory and gain a clear understanding of the customer’s needs and the solutions to satisfy them – extensive travel may be required
Maintain detailed sales forecasts by working closely with customers to ensure appropriate inventory and service levels within the region
Develop and deliver compelling product and service proposals that support Epiroc’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required or the equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of 3 years’ sales and/or customer service experience in an industrial environment; mining and/or construction heavy equipment experience is highly preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required with a proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Skilled in developing and implementing strategic initiatives
