Job Overview The Lavazza Brand Associate supports the development and execution of the Lavazza brand strategy within the U.S. market. This role is responsible for driving brand growth through integrated marketing initiatives, supporting full-funnel campaigns, and ensuring consistent, premium brand positioning and content creation across all consumer touchpoints. Working together with the PR & Event team, they are responsible for scouting and evaluation of potential Lavazza brand partnerships.

Working closely with the Kicking Hourse & Lavazza Senior Brand Manager and cross‑functional teams, the Brand Associate will help bring the brand to life through national campaigns, digital marketing, partnerships, and in‑market activations. This role also partners with global HQ to align U.S. initiatives with broader brand strategy while adapting to local market needs and consumer insights.

Job Responsibilities

Support the execution of the Lavazza U.S. brand strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing objectives

Assist in the development and implementation of annual marketing plans, including campaign planning, timelines, and deliverables

In coordination with PR & Event team, scout and evaluate potential new Lavazza brand partnership and collaborations

Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across key channels, including digital, social, media, PR, and partnerships

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Retail, E‑commerce, Food Service) to ensure cohesive brand execution across all channels

Partner with agencies and external partners to brief, execute, and optimise marketing programmes and activations

Monitor and analyse brand performance, campaign results, and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation

Maintain a strong understanding of the coffee category, competitive landscape, and consumer trends to inform strategy

Support the execution of brand activations, events, and trade shows, including planning, logistics, and post‑event analysis

Assist in managing marketing budgets, including tracking spend, processing invoices, and supporting monthly reconciliation

Leverage consumer insights and syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Numerator) to support decision‑making and strategy development

Ensure brand consistency and adherence to global guidelines across all U.S. marketing initiatives

Professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

1‑3 years Brand/Marketing or related experience

Ability to understand and manipulate syndicated data such as Nielsen, Numerator, IRI, etc.

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel

Strong communication skills
