National Leasing Trainer (Travel Role – High Impact)
Monarch Investment & Management Group is looking for a dynamic, high-energy National Leasing Trainer to help shape the performance of leasing teams across our nationwide portfolio.
This isn’t your typical desk job—this is a hands‑on, travel-driven role where you’ll train, mentor, and elevate leasing professionals while directly influencing occupancy, retention, and property performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead in‑person and virtual leasing & sales training sessions
Develop and maintain leasing, retention, and training manuals
Partner with Regional Property Managers to implement leasing strategies at the property level
Evaluate newly acquired properties and provide leasing & marketing performance insights
Oversee and manage training platforms like GraceHill, LeaseHawk, PopCard, and more
Create and maintain training schedules, reporting, and performance metrics
Mentor and coach leasing consultants and site teams
Support onboarding of newly acquired employees and communities
Maintain Monarch’s internal training library and resources
What You Bring
3+ years of apartment leasing and/or property management experience
2+ years of marketing or property marketing experience (preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Yardi (required)
Proven ability to train, coach, and influence others
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High energy, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Tech‑savvy with experience using training tools and platforms
Travel & Schedule Expectations
Travel up to 75%+ nationwide
Comfortable traveling via car, plane, train, or shuttle as needed
Monday – Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM with some weekends as needed
Compensation & Benefits
$70,000 – $72,000 annually (DOE)
