
Tour Consultant, Group Sales

Role In this role, you will be responsible for owning and growing a book of business made up of Group Coordinators. You will qualify, follow up with, and convert sales leads to customers via outbound phone sales. You’ll drive sustainable and scalable growth, work on business challenges, and ultimately build a loyal customer base that travels with us year after year.

First‑year Tour Consultants have an on‑target earning potential of $70,000 (base $50,000 + $20,000 bonus). Uncapped bonus for exceeding sales goals. Promotion to Senior Tour Consultant after 2 years of success, OTE $95,000 ($65,000 base + $30,000 bonus).
