Architectural Sales Representative

to drive specification sales across the New York market. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys working closely with architects, designers, contractors, and developers to bring innovative building solutions into major projects. With strong brand recognition in the architecture and design community, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a regional territory and play a key role in driving project specifications from concept through construction. Develop and manage relationships with architects, specifiers, contractors, and project stakeholders across your region Drive specification sales by ensuring products are selected during the design phase of major construction projects Identify and pursue new business opportunities through meetings, presentations, and industry networking Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of projects using CRM tools such as Salesforce Collaborate with internal estimating and technical teams to produce project proposals and pricing Review architectural drawings and project documentation to identify specification opportunities Develop a strong understanding of the company’s product systems and how they integrate into construction projects Monitor market activity, competitor products, and industry trends to inform sales strategy Mentor and support junior members of the sales team where required What do you need?

Experience in

specification sales, construction sales, or architectural products Ability to read and interpret
