We are seeking an experienced
Executive/Personal Assistant
to provide high-level, strategic support to the Chairman of a dynamic and rapidly growing organization. This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with an accomplished founder, playing a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination of both professional and personal priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is polished, highly discreet, and thrives under pressure. This individual will expertly manage complex calendars, coordinate detailed travel logistics, and support high-profile meetings and events, all while handling sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of professionalism.

This position is an
ON-SITE
TEMP-TO-HIRE
position and is available immediately!
The hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with the flexibility to be on call.
RESPONSIBILIITES:
Manage an ever-changing executive calendar, schedule and priorities
Provide executive-level meeting preparation, documentation and follow‑up
Handle sensitive correspondence, expenses and records with discretion
Oversee special projects, events and initiatives on behalf of the Chairman
Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, staff and family members
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 7+ years assisting a C‑Level Executive. Experience assisting UHNW is preferred not required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Outstanding phone manners, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Be able to work in a high demanding environment
Ability to assess, evaluate and solve problems
Must be detail‑oriented, have the ability to multi‑task and meet multiple deadlines
