Summary We are seeking a proactive Client Services Director to bridge the gap between client relationship management and warehouse operations in our CFS facility. This hybrid role combines sales, account management, and operational oversight to ensure clients receive exceptional service while maintaining efficiency and compliance in warehouse operations. The role includes managing a remote team of account managers located across the U.S. and requires approximately 10% travel nationwide.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions while identifying opportunities for additional services.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely and accurate handling of inbound and outbound container shipments.
Monitor and report on key operational metrics, including container volume, throughput, and service levels.
Lead, mentor, and manage a remote account management across the country.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer support to resolve issues, track performance, and implement process improvements.
Assist in developing pricing strategies, proposals, and contracts that align with operational capabilities.
Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication, problem‑solving, and service excellence.
Support cross‑functional projects aimed at improving efficiency, revenue, and overall client experience.

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or client services, preferably in a CFS or freight environment.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, container handling, and freight forwarding processes.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead remote teams effectively.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with warehouse management or CRM systems a plus.
Willingness to travel approximately 10% throughout the U.S.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with both on‑site warehouse and remote responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits Information
Salary Range: $115,000 - $145,000
