A day in the life As an Account Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you will be responsible for the service and retention of our middle to large market group benefit accounts. You will handle day‑to‑day correspondence and questions with clients, assist Producers and Benefit Consultants in gathering the necessary information for new and renewing groups to submit to the marketing team, handle implementations, intake forms, and support enrollments. You will keep workflows organized and client electronic files in the document management system up to date.

Possess skills necessary to communicate with clients, carriers and prospects concerning Employee Health & Benefits lines of coverage.
College degree desirable; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hold an active 2‑15 license.
