Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Location Salem, NH – Hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 work from home)

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with customers.

Deliver on promises.

Maintain accurate administrative records for assigned accounts.

Own and produce regular reports that track service usage, deliverables, and performance metrics.

Performance Objectives

30 Days – Gain understanding of the Account Management Process and the services On Call International provides.

1st Quarter – Get to know assigned clients and become the day‑to‑day contact for various account tasks.

6 Months – Independently manage general account inquiries from clients, colleagues, and management.

Position Knowledge & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Account management experience or related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with the travel or insurance industry is a plus.
