Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson located in Plymouth, MA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Salesperson will work with clients to market, buy, and sell residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include building client relationships, conducting market research, creating marketing strategies, providing guidance throughout the sales process, and meeting sales targets. The role requires effective communication, negotiation, and customer service to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in sales and negotiation, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, market analysis, and identifying client needs.
Effective communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic tech skills, including familiarity with CRM tools and virtual communication platforms.
Real estate license or willingness to obtain one as required by the state of Massachusetts.
Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
