Overview
In-Home Sales Representative (Commission-Based) – Location: Greenville, TX and surrounding areas (including Commerce, Quinlan, Caddo Mills, Lone Oak, and nearby towns within a 25-mile radius).

About The Role As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and guide them through customized bath solutions that match their needs and vision. This is a full-cycle, outside sales role where you’ll use modern tools and a proven system to design, present, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver our proprietary sales presentation using an iPad
Design customized bath solutions using company software
Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales
Attend weekly training sessions to sharpen sales skills
Manage appointments and follow up with prospective customers
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Previous in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement a plus)
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally (within 25-mile radius)
Confident presenter with strong closing ability
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Outgoing personality with strong people skills
Compensation & Benefits
8–12% commission per sale (uncapped earning potential)
Pre-qualified leads provided — no cold calling
Gas card + gas allowance provided
