Oversee technical governance across complex design‑build and rehabilitation projects in regulated environments
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of modern engineering and design technologies
Manage departmental budgets, resourcing plans, and performance reporting to executive leadership
Profile
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
Professional Engineer license strongly preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in civil and structural engineering within a design‑build, engineering, procurement and construction, or infrastructure environment
Proven experience leading large, multidisciplinary engineering and design organizations across multiple locations
Strong background in civil infrastructure, with working knowledge of structural and geotechnical disciplines
Experience operating in regulated U.S. (and ideally Canadian) engineering environments
A strategic, execution‑focused leader who can design and implement scalable systems, processes, and teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with credibility at executive level
Job Offer
Competitive base salary in the region of $150,000-$180,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
Annual bonus opportunity of approximately 20%, linked to company and individual performance
Flexible working model with a blend of office and home working
A high‑impact leadership role with visibility at executive level
The chance to shape and modernize an engineering function within a growing, well‑capitalized infrastructure business
