Are you a passionate and experienced packaging/graphic designer ready to make a significant impact on highly visible product lines? We are looking for a creative powerhouse to join our product design team as a Senior Designer. In this role, you will shape the visual identity of new seasonal personal‑care collections, translating abstract concepts into commercially viable designs that captivate our audience and uphold our brand’s distinct aesthetic.
The Senior Designer will work in a hybrid role—3 days in‑office per week at 40 hours per week—and support the Body Fragrance category. You will create commercially viable product designs that reflect a modern, feminine, glamorous, and sophisticated aesthetic aligned with a leading beauty and lifestyle brand voice.
Your Impact
Develop creative and appealing packaging concepts and designs for new seasonal personal‑care collections, with meticulous focus on interpreting fragrances through the brand lens.
Clearly communicate ideas with the broader design team and collaborate to evolve and execute designs.
Quickly interpret feedback and deliver timely revisions with a flexible, solutions‑oriented mindset.
Act as an idea generator, self‑starter, and collaborative team player in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Stay current with fashion and beauty market trends and demonstrate a passionate commitment to design innovation.
Bring an expert eye for color, typography, and composition to every project.
Deliver product designs and technical turnovers with speed, agility, and acute attention to detail.
Communicate clearly with comp houses to produce accurate 3D prototypes.
Adapt to evolving priorities and embrace constructive feedback with a positive, professional attitude.
What You’ll Need Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
7+ years of design experience in a comparable packaging environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of packaging and graphic design projects and concepts—the single most important factor in the selection process.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and printing techniques.
Proficiency in creating mock‑ups and prototypes to visualize packaging concepts.
Soft Skills
Collaborative partner with a team‑oriented, communicative approach.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly and confidently.
Passion for current trends in design, beauty, and fashion.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
