
Senior Pricing Analyst

Job Description
Senior Pricing Analyst role will work across all business lines and geographies, integrating as necessary into Enterprise Critical Pursuit teams. The ideal candidate understands business fundamentals, including business development, client leadership, P&L, project delivery, and can convey innovative solutions. This role will report directly to the Strategic Pricing Director, Americas.
This is a hybrid position that may be located in, but is not limited to, Dallas, TX, and will include a combination of remote and in‑office work.
Responsibilities
Conduct detailed pricing analyses using historical data, cost structures, and market trends.
Build and maintain pricing models and tools.
Support bid and proposal pricing with quantitative insights.
Monitor pricing performance and profitability metrics.
Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance.
Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.
Apply accounting principles and contribute to financial documentation.
Use company cornerstone systems to represent cost data formats.
Understand financial terminology and measures and recognize the financial impact of pricing actions.
Assist in leading junior staff through assignment tasks.
Provide functional advice or training to less‑experienced analyst positions.
Qualifications Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree + 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate finance environment or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Previous experience as a financial or business analyst in a project environment within engineering, construction or related industries.
Strong work ethic and commitment to deliver within role.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
Ability to adapt to and drive change.
Outcome driven with a proactive approach.
Comfortable working with incomplete information and solutioning.
Demonstrated commercial acumen, strong financial modelling and business analysis skills and ability to interpret and effectively communicate complex financial data and concepts.
Advanced proficiency using business intelligence tools to analyze, summarize, and present financial and market data.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000.
