DecisionHR is seeking a creative, driven, and confident Marketing & Communications Intern to support our marketing team in expanding and strengthening our digital presence. This role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment, where you’ll contribute to real campaigns, content strategy, and brand‑building initiatives that make a direct impact on the business.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about storytelling, digital marketing, and growing a brand across platforms. This intern will play a key role in helping elevate DecisionHR’s visibility online while working closely with teams across the organization to bring ideas to life.

About the Program

Location: Saint Petersburg, FL

Hybrid work environment (3 days in office)

Hours: 20‑40 hours per week with a flexible schedule to accommodate class commitments

Weekly gatherings with interns, managers, and executives

Primary Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms

Contribute creative ideas to enhance the company’s digital presence and audience engagement

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics to support content strategy

Support the development and maintenance of the social media content calendar

Create and edit content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, including captions, graphics, and short‑form videos

Collaborate with and support the marketing team on various projects and initiatives

What We Are Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently obtained a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Driven, versatile, and analytical with the ability to quickly learn new concepts and communicate effectively

Familiarity with business principles and a general understanding of marketing strategy

Experience with social media management and content creation

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
