Role Description This full-time hybrid role of Aftermarket Sales Manager is based in Louisville, KY, with opportunities for remote work flexibility. The Aftermarket Sales Manager will focus on driving sales growth through existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing aftermarket solutions. Responsibilities include leading a team, managing customer accounts, analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve working closely with other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

Sales and account management expertise, with experience in customer relationship management and driving revenue growth

Proficiency in data analysis, market trend assessment, and sales forecasting

Leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor, motivate, and guide a sales team

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site responsibilities in Louisville, KY with remote tasks

Technical knowledge in aftermarket solutions related to equipment or machinery is a plus

Demonstrated adaptability, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
