Accountabilities
Assist leadership with development of organizational strategies and objectives.
Lead and manage initiatives to achieve goals across the department.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination.
Manage and maintain a portfolio of projects and drive execution.
Develop performance management models, techniques, and tools.
Analyze and interpret complex data to provide insights to leadership.
Train staff and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Challenge the status quo and demonstrate expected leader behaviors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience required.
Professional certification required, Rummler-Brache and CEBS preferred.
Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible group disability claim experience.
3 years of experience managing a claim team.
Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with Lean principles preferred.
