Overview

Account Supervisor role servicing one of our largest North American clients. Based in Dallas, you will support performance marketing initiatives for a global agricultural machinery brand. You are accountable for presentations, well-managed projects, timely production, and budget adherence. This role includes growth and development of the client’s go-to-market retail business across all disciplines. What you’ll do

Client | Oversee day-to-day agency performance and client relationship. Proactively assess client needs, deliver value, and become a subject matter expert in the agriculture industry, including the competitive landscape, products, services, trends and digital positions. Provide clear instruction on campaign goals and performance measures. Team | Pull integrated activities together from production to launch. Develop and grow client relationships with key stakeholders. Generate and review project briefs to guide creative development. Assess and recommend tactics to build efficiencies and enhance the value of the agency. Lead a collaborative effort to create unified services, client presentations, media campaigns, marketing materials, and client value. Mentor | Manage the Account Manager and Assistant Account Executive, providing mentorship and development opportunities. Identify goals and conduct performance reviews. Process | Ensure agency work follows digital marketing best practices. Shepherd deliverables and client presentations through regulatory and legal review. Accountable for on-time, on-budget completion and budget reporting to clients. What you’ll need

4-5+ years account management experience with a minimum of 2 years as the client lead of a large brand. Experience in agriculture or another regulated industry preferred. Strong experience in digital and performance marketing—media, paid search, social, display, programmatic, SEO, content, UX, etc. Ability to lead and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Self-confident, flexible, and able to defend positions. Ability to present ideas and strategies to senior-level clients. What we offer

Individual compensation varies based on location, business needs, responsibility level, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.
