Role Overview We are looking for a
Creative Director – Art
to lead and elevate integrated creative output with a strong focus on digital ecosystems. This role requires a blend of hands-on craft, strategic thinking, and leadership, with the ability to drive breakthrough ideas across platforms while shaping the agency’s digital creative vision.
Key Responsibilities Creative Leadership
Lead the development of integrated, digital-led campaigns across social, content, platforms, and emerging media.
Drive big ideas rooted in digital behaviour, culture, and platform-native thinking.
Oversee end-to-end creative output—from concept to execution—ensuring innovation and consistency.
Champion craft excellence across UI, motion, content, and storytelling formats.
Strategic Thinking & Innovation
Partner with strategy, tech, and data teams to create insight-led, tech-enabled creative solutions.
Translate business and marketing objectives into impactful digital experiences and narratives.
Bring in new-age thinking across AI, interactive, immersive, and content ecosystems.
Stay ahead of trends in digital platforms, content formats, and consumer behavior.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing team of art directors, designers, and motion artists.
Provide strong creative direction and hands-on feedback to elevate output.
Build a culture of experimentation, agility, and collaboration.
Manage bandwidth, team structure, and workflow efficiency.
Client & Business Impact
Act as a senior creative partner to clients, presenting and defending ideas with conviction.
Play a key role in new business pitches and agency growth initiatives.
Build strong client relationships grounded in trust, innovation, and delivery excellence.
Quality & Craft Excellence
Ensure all work meets global standards of creativity, design, and digital execution.
Maintain consistency across brand systems, design languages, and user experiences.
Set benchmarks for visual storytelling, motion design, and platform-first thinking.
Desired Skills & Experience
8-12 years of experience in creative roles within advertising/digital agencies, with significant leadership experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first, integrated campaigns and platform-native work.
Deep understanding of social, content ecosystems, UI/UX principles, and emerging technologies.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver award-winning, business-impacting work.
Excellent storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance creative ambition with delivery and business realities.
A digital-native thinker who understands platforms, audiences, and culture.
Someone who can blend creativity with technology and data.
A leader who can push boundaries while building strong teams and client relationships.
