Winnebago Industries is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to join our team based in Eden Prairie, MN.

This role serves as the engine of marketing performance intelligence —connecting digital experience development and marketing investment decisions to measurable business outcomes. This role partners closely with the Winnebago Industries family of premium outdoor lifestyle brands - Winnebago, Grand Design RV, Newmar, Chris-Craft, Barletta, and Lithionics – as well as IT, and agency teams to optimize marketing effectiveness across paid media, digital experiences, and lead management programs. The individual brings rigor to measurement, clarity to insights, and confidence to decision-making through strong analytics, attribution, and performance storytelling to help deliver an improved end-to-end consumer experience and drive maximum financial impact from marketing.

Day to Day of the Role:

Owns marketing analytics strategy for the enterprise, partnering with business units on the development and execution of digital roadmaps across brands

Leads initiatives to improve Marketing ROI and build strategies around driving leads and revenue

Identifies opportunities to unlock new growth levers, with a strong focus on leveraging AI and personalization

Synthesize cross-channel data to provide actionable recommendations for the businesses

Develops relevant and consistent attribution frameworks and establishes ROI measurement standards

Drives the evolution of the organization’s MarTech stack in partnership with enterprise IT to increase capabilities and accelerate maturity

Partners with internal teams and agencies to continuously improve campaign performance, audience targeting, and media allocation

Advances marketing investments to outcomes and drives decision-making that supports the unique goals of each business unit as well as enterprise-level priorities

Develops and maintains key dashboards based on needs of various stakeholders – from tactical marketing and sales teams to C‑suite executives using tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, and Excel.

Partners with agencies for clear, actionable, and consistent planning, reporting and insights

Manages additional contract analytics employee(s) and agencies focused on visualization and analytics architecture

Creates revenue and cost savings for the businesses through innovative uses of data, including but not limited to AI and/or machine learning, journey mapping and analysis, and forecasting

Other duties as assigned based on business need

Education & Experience:

7+ years in media planning/buying or performance marketing with deep expertise in digital (programmatic, CTV/OLV; paid social/search as applicable)

Working knowledge of traditional channels

Strong analytical toolkit: experimentation, funnel diagnostics, incrementality, and translating insights into decisions

Strong working knowledge of BI tools and coding platforms (ie, SQL)

Experience with social media monitoring and metrics via platforms like Sprinklr, Sprout

Hands‑on familiarity with major platforms and tools: DSPs, CTV partners (e.g., YouTube, Roku), ad servers, analytics/attribution (e.g., GA4, etc.)

Experience using AI and/or Machine learning tools and models

This position may require travel to other Winnebago Industries locations.

This posting includes a range of the salary across a geographical market. The base pay for this position ranges from $150,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $190,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
