Senior Growth Marketing Manager The Challenge Lead our SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy and drive measurable pipeline growth through organic and AI‑driven channels.

Your Mission

Lead and execute global SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy.

Identify high‑impact opportunities aligned to priority personas and regions.

Conduct keyword, intent, and competitive analysis to inform roadmap decisions.

Partner across the business to scale impact—engineering for technical enhancements, PR/social for third‑party citations, and more.

Co‑create and optimize high‑impact content

Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing to draft and structure key pages.

Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and on‑page optimization while maintaining strong brand voice.

Prioritize topics and updates that drive incremental visibility and qualified traffic.

Continuously optimize solution, persona, and resource content for traditional and AI‑powered search environments.

Support measurement and reporting

Monitor organic and AI‑driven performance, including engagement and assisted conversions.

Partner with Marketing Operations to connect search performance to pipeline influence.

Contribute to clear, executive‑ready growth reporting.

Prioritize and operationalize improvements

Triage opportunities surfaced by analytics and optimization tools.

Recommend scalable improvements across templates and high‑impact pages.

Collaborate with UX and cross‑functional teams on targeted enhancements.

You Are You are growth‑minded, comfortable navigating the evolving search landscape, a strong collaborator who can influence without direct authority, and focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Your Experience Includes

5–8 years in SEO, Growth Marketing, or Digital Strategy within B2B SaaS.

Strong understanding of technical SEO, content‑led optimization, and AI‑driven search trends (AEO/GEO).

Experience using AI tools to support scalable content creation and optimization.

Experience working cross‑functionally with Web, Content, Engineering, and Analytics teams.

Strong reporting and data storytelling skills—capable of translating complex SEO/AEO performance data into clear, actionable narratives.

Experience with enterprise CMS platforms and SEO/AEO/GEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Semrush, Profound).

Salary Range $139,050 - $208,575 USD
