Lead Generation & Field Marketing Specialist (Part-Time | Hybrid | Raynham, MA) Complete Energy Services (CES) is seeking a motivated, results‑driven professional to help generate new business and support our growing commercial energy efficiency programs across MA, RI, CT, and NH.

What You’ll Do

Prospect in‑person by visiting commercial businesses and introducing energy efficiency programs

Engage decision‑makers and schedule energy assessments

Conduct outbound outreach (calls, email, social) to generate new opportunities

Follow up on existing proposals to re‑engage prospects and move deals forward

Work closely with the sales team to build and advance pipeline

Track activity and results in CRM

What We’re Looking For

Experience in lead generation, B2B sales, canvassing, or field marketing

Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations

Strong communication and follow‑up skills

Self‑motivated with a “hunter” mindset

Organized and accountable to goals and performance

Compensation

$18–$20/hour (part‑time)

Performance‑based incentives tied to scheduled and completed energy assessments
