Overview
Elevate Media Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with strengths in digital media. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Onalaska, WI. Remote work is not available. Location: 110 3rd Ave S, Onalaska, WI 54650. Pay Range: $33,000-$38,000 (dependent on skill level). Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals, including campaign planning and execution Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitors, and industry trends Create and manage digital content across platforms, including social media, blogs, video, and email campaigns Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, running ads, and monitoring performance Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies, including AI What You’ll Actually Do
Manage and support digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, including ongoing optimization Create, schedule, and optimize social media content for multiple client accounts Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, call/form tracking) Build and contribute to monthly reporting, translating data into clear insights for clients Meet with clients and support ongoing communication, updates, and performance discussions Assist with website updates and improvements (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace) Support landing page creation and improvements to increase lead generation and conversion rates Assist with SEO updates, including keyword usage, page structure, and metadata Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles, including posts, updates, and performance monitoring Contribute to email and SMS campaign creation, scheduling, and performance tracking when applicable Collaborate with designers, videographers, and internal team members to execute campaigns for both clients and Elevate marketing Support content capture efforts when needed (photo/video shoots, social content) Manage tasks and deadlines across multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment Contribute ideas for content strategy and campaign improvements based on performance data The 90 Day Roadmap
Gain a clear understanding of Elevate Media Group’s clients, services, and processes Assist in managing 3–5 client accounts with guidance from the team Contribute to campaign setup, execution, and reporting Independently handle day-to-day tasks such as posting, basic updates, and reporting support Build confidence in communicating internally and supporting client interactions Requirements

Demonstrable skills associated with stated roles and responsibilities Ability to take and apply feedback effectively Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (social media, Google Ads, or similar) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data Relevant education or training Highly organized Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Web design experience (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace) Experience using Canva Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or basic conversion tracking Experience working with social media scheduling or reporting tools Benefits
