Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in the Raleigh‑Durham‑Chapel Hill area. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales campaigns, engaging with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the team to enhance sales effectiveness. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, conducting training sessions, and building strong relationships with clients to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and build relationships with clients effectively
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed revenue goals
Ability to deliver Training to team members to enhance sales strategies and performance
Motivation, goal‑oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to customer engagement
Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and technologies
Prior experience in the insurance or related industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
